Full-Time Health & Beauty Care Position
Purpose: Provides leadership and oversees all operations in the Health & Beauty Care Department by directing and managing all associated activities, including but not limited to staff training, product and supply ordering and customer service all while maximizing profit and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Requires at least 3 or more years of supervisory, managerial or leadership experience in a nutrition, health or beauty retail enviornment.
- Very strong background is requried including expert product knowledge of natural/holistic body care and supplements required.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule:nights, weekends
- Friendly and positive personality to interact with customers
- Strong attention to detail and merchandising
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
- Analytical ability and proficiency in math to calculate GPM, monitor profitability and manage inventory
- High integrity and strong work ethic are required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of organic and bulk foods a plus
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
