30 Healthy Foods for Kids Under 10
I’m always trying to keep my meals and snacks gourmet while still being healthy. This can be challenging with my 3-year-old whose idea of gourmet is homemade pancakes, Thousand Hills Beef Hot Dogs, Back to Nature’s Stoneground Crackers or Annie’s Organic Mac n Cheese. He would eat them everyday if I’d let him. Don’t get me wrong, these are great food items but all the time? I am so proned to them that I even get stuck in a rut making them. I need to be reminded about other alternatives. Here is list of 30 easy, healthy snack/lunch ideas with little to no refined sugars for kiddos under 10.
- Organic Apple with Woodstock Peanut Butter

- Organic Coconut Dates. These naturally sweet treat is adored by kids and adults alike. Available in the refridgerated bulk section.

- Mexed-Up MacNCheese. Annie’s Mac N Cheese with added Organic Corn, Organic Black Beans and Organic Valley Sour Cream

- Granola Yogurt. So Delicious Coconut Yogurt with Homemade Granola (see recipe)

- Dried Apples. Simple I know but easily forgotten.
