Grilling season is here, and our meat department is stocked with a variety of chicken, pork and beef choices. One of the staff favorites at the Shoreview store is our old world meat brats and sausages made by our Meat Manager. This third generation butcher has some amazing passed down recipes as well as new innovated creations that will satisfy your taste buds. Are these brats gluten free?
The brats with the grass-fed stickers are made with gluten-free ingredients. However, they are not prepared in a gluten-free facility. So technically we are unable to call them gluten-free.
