Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place a wire rack inside a baking dish and lay chicken wings over the wire rack. Do not overlap the wings as that will prevent them from getting crispy. Season your wings on both sides with the salt, pepper, 1 tbsp onion powder and 1 tbsp garlic powder. Bake for 20 minutes then flip wings over and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Use a large pot to make your sauce by adding the hot sauce, sugar, butter, remaining onion powder and garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. Heat over medium heat and stir until butter has melted and all ingredients are well mixed then turn the heat down to a simmer. When wings are done carefully stir them into the sauce and let them simmer a few minutes and they are ready to enjoy!
