Balsamic Orange Kale Salad

Citrus is at its peak of season right now, and although it is good to just snack on it is also amazing in things like salads!  This kale salad is packed with flavor and nutrients, as well as being delicious!  It is perfect for making ahead of time and enjoying in lunches, or as a flavorful side for dinner.

  1. Place the kale in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the orange juice, balsamic, oil, maple syrup, and sea salt together in a small bowl, then pour over the kale.
  3. Massage the dressing into the kale until it starts to soften, it takes about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the oranges, onions, and pecans and toss until everything is well distributed.
  5. Serve!
