BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches
In these last few weeks of lazy summer days I’m craving barbecue, lots and lots of barbecue. I made pulled pork sandwiches in the crock-pot to keep up with the easy theme. Just toss all your ingredients in before you leave for the day and come home to the sweet and savory smells and knowing your dinner is done!

Place pork roast and beef stew cubes in crock-pot and cover with the diced onions and minced garlic. In a small bowl pour the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, brown sugar, paprika and cinnamon and mix well with a whisk. Pour over the meats and veggies and cover. Cook on high 6-7 hours or low 8-10.
Pull out pork roast and shred with a fork. Then place back into the juices left in the crock-pot mixing well. Place a spoonful or two on a hamburger bun topped with your favorite BBQ sauce and serve with Fresh and Natural Foods coleslaw from the deli department.
*Crock-pots tend to vary check your meats temperature with a meat thermometer and make sure it reaches at least 150 degrees.
