Berries and Greens Smoothie
It isn’t hard to get your antioxidants and greens when you are drinking a delicious smoothie! Smoothies take little time to prepare and can be really nutritious when made with the right ingredients. The one I am sharing with you today is super simple but tastes like dessert and makes a wonderful breakfast. The berries provide antioxidants, and the spinach provides iron, and lots of vitamins and minerals. I add in chia seeds as well for some extra omega 3 oils and almond butter for a little healthy fat and protein. Eating healthy in the morning doesn’t have to be difficult with a busy lifestyle, not when you have go to breakfasts like this!
