Black Bean Burgers
Just because you are plant based does not mean you can not enjoy burgers for Memorial Day weekend too. Today I am sharing a simple and easy to make Black Bean Burger that is ready to enjoy in 30 minutes. I combine heart healthy walnuts with the black beans, add in a little ground flax seed and some Mexican Spices for a kick. Then serve these with avocado and tomato and they are delicious! They are substantial and you wont even miss the meat! If you want to grill them, just set them on foil to do so, and keep in mind grilling times may vary from oven time depending on how hot the grill is.
