Blueberry Ginger Limeade
In the summer, cooling drinks are essential! This blueberry ginger limeade is an especially delicious drink to cool off with on the patio! It contains no refined sugar so it is healthier than most store bought drinks, and it is pretty simple to make!

Instructions:
- Bring 1 cup of the water to a boil on the stove, then remove from heat and add the ginger. Let sit 10 minutes, then strain through a coffee filter into a large glass measuring cup. Allow to cool at least 30 minutes.
- Add 1 more cups filtered water, the blueberry and lime juice and the maple syrup and stir until well blended.
- Add desired amount of ice and to two tall glasses, and pour the limeade into them.
- Serve!
