Buffalo Baked Tofu

I love tofu because it is a blank palette for flavors!  One of my favorite things to make with it is buffalo tofu!  If you like the flavor of buffalo wings, but want a healthier plant based option this is perfect!  It is easy to make and so good!

  1. Cut tofu into 24 cubes.
  2. Toss with the cornstarch and arrange on a lined baking tray so that it has space between it. Bake at 375F degrees for about 35 minutes. Flipping half way through.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Whisk together the butter, cholula and garlic and toss with the tofu.
  5. Serve!
