Caribbean Corn and Black Bean salad

  1. In a larger bowl, combine all of the veggies.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, and spices.
  3. Pour the coconut milk mixture over the veggies, and toss to combine.
  4. Serve!
