Cherry Lime Mint Popsicles

Popsicles are a summer staple!  I always had them around when I was a child to cool off on a hot day, and even now as an adult I make my own to enjoy.  Many of the ones you can buy contain dyes and additives that are not real fruit, but even the real fruit ones can contain added sugar which I try to avoid, and this is why I make my own. Not only that, I can make my own flavor combinations!  Since cherries are in season I made cherry lime mint, a very refreshing combination. All you need to do is blend and freeze, that simple.  Don’t have molds?  Mini paper cups with sticks placed in them half way through freezing will do just fine.

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients in the food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds, then place the sticks in the popsicles and place in the freezer until frozen or overnight.
