Chicken Shish Kebabs Greek Style
It’s summer time and that calls for time to grill out. So before summer runs out, try this delicious greek style chicken shish kebab recipe that you will want to make more than once. Dip these shish kebabs into tzatziki sauce, a refreshing Greek condiment made with yogurt and cucumbers and add pita wedges if you like. Enjoy every bite!

- Whisk together oil. lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, thyme, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add chick and toss to coat. Chill covered for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat (325 F to 375 F).
- Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess liquid; discard marinade. Thread chicken with bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms onto 10-inch skewers.
- Lightly grease grill rack. Grill kebabs until chicken is browned and no longer pink in the center and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Serve with tzatziki sauce and pita wedges.
