Confetti Fruit Salsa

Salsa is one of my favorite things to make when the weather is warm.  Of course it is delicious with tortilla chips, but I also love it on salads or tacos. Classic tomato based salsa is good, but fruit salsa is a nice change up if you are looking for something a bit different.  It is colorful, packed with nutrients, and flavorful!  You can switch up the fruits and use whatever seems the most ripe at the time.  This makes a wonderful centerpiece for a summer party as an appetizer, and it is pleasing to both children and adults.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together until combined.  Serve with chips or on tacos.
