Dairy Free Mashed Potatoes
It is very common nowadays to have guests at your Thanksgiving dinner who can not eat dairy, so today I am sharing with you my recipe for Dairy Free Mashed Potatoes. These are always a big hit in my family, and everyone always says they are the best mashed potatoes they have had! You would never know they do not contain butter and cream, and they are a lot healthier than traditional mashed potatoes as well! Give them a try this Holiday!

Place the potatoes in a large pot with enough filtered water to cover them, with about 1 tsp sea salt, and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain the potatoes once cooked, and either send through a ricer into a bowl, or place them in a bowl and mash. Add the coconut butter, milk, and mix until fluffy (adding more liquid if needed). Serve!
