Detoxifying Beet Pasta Salad

If you are looking to eat more healthy this year, adding some raw veggies into your diet can be a good way to do so. Many people think that beets can’t be eaten raw, but the truth is that raw beets are sweet, and good for detoxifying the body.  The recipe I am sharing with you today uses them as the sauce, and zucchini as the pasta in place of regular pasta so you are getting lots of good veggies. If you are not a fan of zucchini noodles though, feel free to use your favorite pasta in its place.

In a high speed blender, combine all the sauce ingredients and blend until smooth (you may need to add a little more filtered water if too thick). Pour over the zucchini, radishes, onion, asparagus, and hempseeds in a large bowl and toss to combine. Serve sprinkled with a little more hempseeds and top with sprouts.
