Easy Blender Green Juice

If you are looking for a healthy cleansing recipe to get you on the right track after the Holidays, I have just the drink for you!  It is a green juice that is packed with nutrients, anti-inflammatory properties, and fiber!  No need for a juicer either, this is made in the blender which keeps the fiber in tact, and makes it more filling and satisfying.  Not only is it healthy, it tastes good and fruity so you won’t feel like you are drinking grass.  If you need to get a lot of nutrients in quick, give this a try!  Because we could all use a little extra vitamins in the Winter.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!
