I love a good guacamole. It is a wonderful spread for sandwiches in place of mayonnaise, and a great dip for veggies besides the usual chips. It contains lots of heart healthy fats which is a plus, and if you make your own, it is hard to go wrong. I decided to make it a bit more substantial and add in some edamame for a sort of cross between a hummus and guacamole; it is delicious! You can use it in the same way you would guacamole, but it packs a bit more protein. It is a perfect addition to your Super Bowl party.

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with chips or veggies or as a spread for sandwiches.
