Energizing Chocolate Protein Shake
Eating breakfast in the mornings can be tough; it can be tempting to grab something unhealthy or go without. There is no need to do that though if you have a blender. Blended breakfasts are a wonderful nutritious and healthy option, especially when protein is included. The recipe I am sharing with you today tastes like dessert, but it is nourishing and contains ingredients to keep you going. I used raw protein powder and hemp seeds to help you stay full; stevia is my sweetener of choice, since bananas are already so sweet and to keep this sugar free. With a breakfast like this, your tummy will be happy until lunch time rolls around!

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth. Serve with cacao nibs if desired.
