Festive Broccoli Salad
We often times serve lots of rich food at Holiday meals, so sometimes it is nice to have something healthy and light to offset it. The salad I am sharing with you today would be perfect for that! It is a simple broccoli salad that is colorful, and packed with nutrients. I add in cranberries and pomegranate seeds for sweetness and toasted pecans for crunch and toss it all in a citrus vinaigrette. It is fresh, flavorful and healthy. And, it is a beautiful addition to your Holiday table!
