Fourth of July Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is a Summer staple at every picnic and party.  But sometimes they can be not so healthy when they are loaded up with things like whipped cream or yogurt with sugar.  I like a lighter fruit salad with just a citrus based dressing.  Not only is it better for your waistline, but it tastes just as good, the citrus simply allowing the flavors of the fruit to shine!  For July 4th, I like a combination of berries and apples to keep the red, white and blue theme going.  This salad I am sharing with you today is packed with fiber and antioxidants, and I promise your friends and family will love it!
