Fruit Skewers with Key Lime Dip

When hosting a BBQ or a party, it is nice to have healthy options that everyone can enjoy.  Of course things like self serve salads are nice, but I love when fruit is served.  A bowl of fruit is good, but skewers are much prettier, and something a little nicer for guests.  I love them with a sweet lime dipping sauce that tastes like key lime pie, but it is made from avocado.  It contains no dairy or gluten, so it is suitable for those on special diets.  It is healthy too, but no need to tell anyone that, just let them enjoy it!
