Green Apple Pear Juice
If you are looking to get the nutrients of a lot of greens, but don’t want to sit down and eat them in a huge mound on a plate, then juicing can be a good way to get them into your system quick. Not everyone enjoys the taste of kale alone either, so a juice can kind of disguise that so it tastes a bit better. The juice I am sharing with you today has both parsley and kale, which can be detoxifying to the system and filled with nutrients. It doesn’t taste like kale though, it tastes sweet and delicious thanks to the apple and pear I also add. Lemon juice balances it out for a delicious drink you would not know was good for you if you closed your eyes and drank it!
