Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Looking for a healthy app that is not the average run of the mill? This app is not only paleo-friendly, it is heart friendly. These gluten-free, dairy-free little devils pack a whole lot of omega-3 fatty acids. The cayenne pepper added to the guacamole holds this recipe to its deviled (devil usually associated with heat, get it?) name but really they are just heavenly.

Cut peeled eggs in half. Remove hard yolk and place in separate bowl.

Add lemon juice, sea salt and cayenne pepper to mashed avocado. Fill mixture into center of egg.

Made this recipe. WAY too much lemon juice. Wondering if it is a typo. When I make it again, I will use a teaspoon measurement, not a table spoon. I also much more cayenne since just a couple dashs seemed bland to our family.

Thanks for pointing this out. It is a typo. I hope you were able to adjust. I love more cayenne too but some fear heat.
