Lean Green Clean Juice

If you are feeling as if your system needs a boost and a little cleansing from the inside after the Holiday season, you are not alone.  Eating more fruits and veggies is a start. However, not everyone has an easy time getting a large amount of them in, yet a juice rich in nutrients can help.  Green juices are my favorite! When you include things like citrus, parsley and greens such as lettuce or kale, they help cleanse the system.  This recipe for green juice is pretty sweet, so it is a good one for people who are not as used to green juices to try.
