8 Days of Recipes. Day 2: Lobster Penne a la Vodka
Are you sick of turkey? Tired of traditional meals for the holidays? This is a great alternative to wow any dinner guest with its bold, delicious flavors. Penne a la Vodka goes beyond the holidays and perfect for a fall or winter evening. This dish is rich and hearty and would be served great with our Fennel Pomegranate Salad or our Beet and Pomegranate Jewel Salad. If you are not a fan of seafood, use chicken, tofu or go without. Anyway it is incredible!

Prepare pasta as directed on package.
In a large sauce pan, over low to medium heat cook lobster, onions and mushrooms. When lobster appears cooked, add tomatoes, Alfredo sauce, vodka, and spices. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve sauce over penne pasta.
