Maple Orange Turmeric Roasted Carrots
These roasted carrots are easy to make and so delicious! The roasting brings out their sweet flavor, and the maple and orange pairs so well with them! They would make the perfect addition to any Easter meal or spring meal!

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F degrees and oil a sheet pan or line it with parchment.
- In a bowl, toss the carrots with the oil, turmeric, sea salt, pepper and orange zest and spread out onto the sheet pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes until the carrots are tender and starting to brown.
- Remove from the oven and toss together with the orange juice and maple syrup.
- Serve!
