I love guacamole and avocados in any form. But organic avocados can get a bit spendy when you buy a bunch to make something with. One really good solution…adding green peas to it to not only extend the guacamole, but also add some protein and keep it green as well (this guac doesn’t discolor as bad as the regular stuff). This is delicious, and easy to make if you have a blender or food processor. Not only that, peas are in season now that it is Spring, so it is the perfect time of the year to enjoy them!

- In a high speed blender, combine the avocados, peas, garlic, sea salt, and lime juice, and blend until smooth.
- Remove from the blender and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
