Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Keeping kids energized in the summer is important, especially when they are out playing in the sun for hours.  So why not provide something quick, nutritious and delicious for them to snack on when they come inside for a break? I was always a fan of peanut butter and jelly growing up, so I thought why not make a smoothie with those flavors. It is quick to make, tastes like dessert and is not super sugary like some of the commercial kids drinks or milk shakes you can buy. I use stevia as a sweetener to keep the sugar level down, and you do not even need much because of the other fruit in the smoothie.  Trust me, kids will love this easy to make snack, and adults will too.
