Pumpkin Pie Spice Popcorn

If you are looking for the perfect Fall snack to enjoy while watching a movie or football game, look no further! This Pumpkin Pie Spice Popcorn is perfect for that!  I know you can buy this sort of thing but it is fun to make it at home, plus I like to make mine without refined sugar.  This is super easy to make, and so good!  It has all of the warming sweet flavors of pumpkin pie!  So put those pumpkin pie spices you only use a few times a year to good use and give this s try!

  1. To make the popcorn, in a glass measuring cup (or bowl) whisk together the maple syrup, coconut butter, pecan butter, sea salt and pumpkin pie spice, vanilla until well blended.
  2. Pour over the popcorn in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Spread out onto a lined sheet pan, and place in the freezer until it is hard.
  4. Enjoy!
