- To make the popcorn, in a glass measuring cup (or bowl) whisk together the maple syrup, coconut butter, pecan butter, sea salt and pumpkin pie spice, vanilla until well blended.
- Pour over the popcorn in a large bowl and mix well.
- Spread out onto a lined sheet pan, and place in the freezer until it is hard.
