Raspberry Basil Limeade

Making your own lemonade or limeade is easy, and most likely healthier than just buying it if you are trying to stay away from too much sugar.  I also like to make my own, because you can flavor it with whatever you want!  I love adding fresh berries and herbs to brighten it up and make it more exciting as well as adding more health benefits.  It is fast and easy to make, and requires no special equipment.  Bring this out at your next party and people will be impressed!  Or, just have some after being out in the sun for a while, you will feel refreshed!

Instructions

Set out 2 tall glasses. Place a handful of ice cubes into each glass, place the basil leaves on top of the ice in the glasses, and muddle it (smash it together, the handle of a wooden spoon works nicely) until the basil is fragrant. Add all other ingredients, dividing between the two glasses, and stir together well. Serve!
