Relaxing Lavender Bath Soak

Bath salts are a good way to sooth sore tired muscles, and by making the mixture yourself, you know that you are getting only good quality ingredients and no artificial fragrances.  The recipe I am sharing with you today is a combination of sea salt, epsom salt and baking soda scented with lavender essential oil and it is just the thing to add to a bath to make it even more relaxing and beneficial to your body.  Because there is nothing like a relaxing warm bath before bed.  The aroma of lavender will relax your mind, and the salt will relax your muscles so that you can get a good nights sleep.

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined, then pour into a jar.
  2. To use, add 1 cup to your warm bath while the water is running and allow to dissolve in the water.
