Sassy Burgers- Made in Many Ways
Sassy burgers- made in many ways! Point being, one look at this entree and you might think it a typical burger, think again. This burger is made with gluten free buns (from the freezer section); the burger is made from Beyond Burgers, a plant based meat alternative and the toppings are fresh produce from the produce department.
The specialness of this burger is how you jazz it up. I’ve tried many versions of pesto and a variety of chesses and different types of greens. Today’s version is the addition of garlic, mushrooms and onions blended together into a pureed mixture. Then add a stone ground mustard to top it off – delicious!
Of course, you can use any of the grass fed beef or ground turkey that is offered at Fresh & Natural as well to make a wonderful burger in addition to their organic hamburger buns/rolls. Have fun creating your own burger version on the stove top or on the grill this summer.
