Scrambled Eggs Special For Dinner
It’s time for a quick, delicious and healthy scrambled eggs special for dinner. Take a familiar breakfast and jazz it up a bit, have fun!

- Saute′ onions, red and yellow peppers in a frying pan with the olive oil on medium to high heat until the onions become translucent. Set aside the onion/pepper mixture.
- Mix in a small bowl the eggs, milk and dash of salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Put the frying pan on low heat and combine the egg mixture and the onion/pepper mixture. Add the tomatoes and continue to cook until the eggs have a light texture.
- Serve the scrambled eggs with mixed greens and a side of toast with cilantro or parsley garnish. You may want to add salsa and salad dressing if desired.
