Shrimp and Fish Quick Fix

Short on time but need something healthy and deilicious?  Try this shrimp and fish quick fix, you won’t regret it.  You can use any type of fish, yet tilapia, cod, or halibut are good choices to go with. Serve this entree on a bed of hot rice and a side of green beans.  Yum!

  1. In a large fry pan, add 3-4 T of olive oil on low to medium heat.  Add shrimp, and fish fillet pieces. Season to taste, the shrimp and fish with Old seasoning, salt and pepper. Add the paprika. Mix and cook for about 10 minutes or until both the shrimp and fish are white. Be sure to mix the ingredients intermittently.
  2. Serve the shrimp and fish mixture when hot.  Can add it to a bed of rice or cauliflower rice with a side of green beans or a salad.  Be creative, it will be delicious!

For those wanting to minimize your salt intake, omit the salt and Old bay seasoning and use a salt substitute seasoning.
