Sizzling Lemon Garlic Shrimp

In the mood for shrimp and have little time to spare? Try this delicious, sizzling lemon garlic shrimp recipe.  This is a light dish to be enjoyed any time of the year and it doesn’t require a lot of ingredients or time to prepare.  The crushed red pepper gives it a little kick that you’ll enjoy!

  • Stir together oil, garlic, paprika, and crushed red pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat until garlic begins to brown, about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in shrimp; cook until pink and opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.  Stir in lemon juice, black pepper.  Top with parsley and serve with rice and lemon wedges
  • Enjoy!
