Over medium heat, brown your ground beef and onions with a small amount of salt and pepper in a large pan until beef is not longer pink and onions are translucent. Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, orange juice and worcestershire sauce to the pan and mix well. Add some salt and pepper to taste and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Spoon over the buns and enjoy!
