Spiced Chocolate Roasted Chickpeas
If you are looking for a delicious but healthy appetizer or party snack, these roasted chickpeas are a great option! They taste like dessert, but they are packed with protein and fiber! Not only that, they are easy to make! These would be perfect to whip up for your New Years party spread!

- Preheat oven to 375F degrees, and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Place the chickpeas into a bowl, and mix with all other ingredients.
- Spread chickpeas out on the parchment, place in the oven and roast for 25 minutes, then stir, and roast another 20. Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
