Spicy and Sweet Holiday Nut Mix
If you are looking for a simple but easy snack recipe for Holiday entertaining look no further! I love a good nut mix, and they are so easy to make. Sure you can buy them at the store, but I sometimes find those mixes too salty, sugary or oily. So, I make my own. It requires little time, and you can flavor them to your liking. The one I am sharing with you today has only 4 ingredients. This is one of my favorites, I use cholula hot sauce, mix it with some maple syrup, and add a little sea salt. That is all! It may sound like an odd combination, but it is so good! Sweet, salty, and a little spicy. Put out a bowl of this and they will be gone before you know it!

- Preheat the oven to 375F degrees.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Toss the nuts with the Cholula, maple syrup and sea salt and spread out on the pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the nuts are dry and toasted.
- Remove from oven and let cool to warm before serving.
