Spicy Chickpea Salad

You can turn canned chickpeas into a delicious meal with this easy to make salad!  I combine them with a bit of jalapenos, cumin, lime juice and cilantro to give it plenty of flavor, and some bell peppers for color and it is so good and so easy to make.  This is perfect for summer!  Serve it over romaine lettuce for more of a main dish meal, or as is for a side.
