Spicy Pepper Hummus

Since the Super Bowl is coming up, I thought I would share one of my favorite healthy snack recipes, this spicy pepper hummus!  This comes together in about 5 minutes, and is so easy to make but so good!  It is packed with fiber and protein, and it is satisfying served as a dip for veggies or chips.  I even like this used as a sandwich spread or on top of salads!

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.  Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
