Spinach Artichoke Chicken
This is everything you love about spinach artichoke dip, but here it’s turned into a full dinner. Only a few minutes of prep and the oven does the rest. this is one meal which all will enjoy.

- Preheat oven to 375º F. Line a 10 X15-inch baking pan with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Stir together all ingredients except for chicken in a bowl. Arrange chicken in the prepared pan and cover evenly with artichoke mixture.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until an thermometer inserted into the thickest parts registers 165º.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
