Strawberry Beet Juice

If you are looking for an easy way to get in your beets, juicing is a good option.  I love beets. They are filled with vitamins, and they taste sweet.  They are lovely in salads, soups, and roasted with olive oil, but I also like them juiced, because they taste just as good as carrot juice, and when combined with fruits, it tastes like a sweet treat.  In the summer, I would even pour this mixture into popsicle molds.  Juicing the beets is a good way to get a large volume of nutrients into your system fast.  Strawberries are coming into season soon so they are perfect to pair with the beets in the juice!
