Steak Fajitas
I love fajitas. I might have a mild obsession for them if I go to a restaurant and they have fajitas on the menu I’m ordering them! I’ve tried chicken, fish, shrimp and vegetarian fajitas but I think my most favorite is the good old steak fajitas. I’ve always made them in my cast iron skillet but this week I wanted to try and make them in my crock-pot and they turned out delicious maybe even better! Slow cookers are known for making meats so tender, juicy and flavorful and this recipe won’t disappoint!

Instructions
In a large skillet heat the vegetable oil over medium high heat and brown the outside of the steak slices quickly about 1-2 minutes. Place the steak and juices from the pan into the crock-pot along with the garlic, fajita seasoning and juice of one lime and cook on high heat for two and a half hours. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and cook an additional hour. Before serving, put in a small handful of fresh chopped cilantro in and mix it in. Warm the tortillas and serve with the meats and toppings.
