Strawberry Rhubarb Punch
When you are entertaining in the Summer, having something refreshing for guests to drink is a must! A big pitcher of punch is always nice, but if you buy it from somewhere, it could be filled with lots of added sugar and not a lot of fruit. Luckilly, it is easy and fast to make your own healthy punch at home! The recipe I am sharing with you today, Strawberry Rhubarb Punch, contains only 1/4 cup maple syrup to sweeten, but it is plenty sweet thanks to the strawberries. I add sparkling water to it, but if you wanted, you could make this into margaritas by adding a little tequila to your glass after pouring.
