Sugar Free Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate is an essential part of Winter. The problem is, with most of it also comes a lot of sugar and dairy, even sometimes artificial ingredients in commercial brands. When I make mine at home, I know I am getting good ingredients, and it is really simple to make so there is no excuse not to. To me, this is dessert and something special so I want it to be good. I make mine with coconut milk in place of the usual dairy milk, and use Luv chocolate which is actually sugar free. So this hot chocolate tastes sinful but is quite a bit healthier than normal hot chocolate!
