Summer Chopped Vegetable Salad
This is the time of the year to be enjoying fresh, raw vegetables. Like cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers! So, I like to combine them all in a salad with a light vinaigrette dressing to bring out their flavors, and it always turns out delicious and is a hit with my family. This is a good way to get many different vitamins into your diet, eating a variety of veggies, not to mention the fiber that they contain. This is quick and easy to make, and perfect with some grilled protein. You can find all of the veggies for this recipe at Fresh and Natural foods!
