Summer Overnight Oatmeal Mix

Mornings can be hectic sometimes as we get ready for work, and eat breakfast.  I eat oatmeal almost every morning, and I used to cook it, but then it was sometimes too hot and I did not have time to eat it.  Also in the summer, after I had worked out and was already quite hot, I decided that hot oatmeal was not something I wanted to be eating as I was trying to cool down.  So, I started making overnight oatmeal.  Not only is it cool in the summer when you do not want to be eating hot things, but it is super quick to make!  You throw it together the night before, then the next morning it is ready to eat, no cooking time necessary.  I now make a big batch of oats mixed with dried fruit and chia seeds, so that the night before I just scoop some out, add milk, and voila!  Breakfast tomorrow!  Feel free to change the fruit in my recipe to your favorite fruit, or add fresh fruit in the morning!

For the mix, combine all ingredients in a large jar with a lid, put the lid on and shake to mix.To make and serve, in a jar or bowl mix together 2/3 cup of the oatmeal mix, the milk, stevia and the protein powder. Cover and let sit overnight (or at least an hour) before serving.
