Summer Salad Tuna Delight
It’s summer and a perfect time to enjoy fresh mixed greens with fresh veggies, avocado and chunk tuna. Add your favorite oil and vinegar dressing and enjoy every bite!

- In a large mixing bowl, dress the cucumbers, green and red onions with kosher salt, lime juice.
- Spoon out tuna out of the oil, and break into bite size pieces with your hands into an empty mixing bowl. Add avocado and cucumber mixture to the tuna and gently mix with your hands to dress.
- On 2 plates, arrange 2 cups of mixed greens on each plate. Add a handful of basil leaves, cilantro sprigs and fresh mint leaves. Add the tuna, avocado, cucumber mixture to mixed greens and herbs. Add salt and pepper to your liking and your favorite oil and vinegar dressing (or other preferable dressing).
- Serve with some delicious french bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil will surely be a hit. Enjoy!
