Summertime Grilled Greek Pizza
Summertime is here and with that comes the time to grill out. Everyone loves pizza with their favorite toppings and making them on the grill is also a great way to cook. The traditional pizza could include pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms and pizza sauce.
Another type of pizza could be chicken focused: rotisserie chicken, sauteed vegetables such as: red onion, spinach bell peppers, dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce. Pizza toppings are endless just as today’s pizza recipe: Grilled Greek Pizza. This grilled Greek pizza is loaded with many healthy ingredients and is easy to prepare.
If you prefer not to grill out, skip the aluminum foil and the grill and put your pizza on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for the same length of time and temperature stated. It will be delicious either way!
